CAMPER MANAGEMENT TOOL –

An easily customizable, secure database keeps searchable records of every camper, staff member and parent associated with your camp schedule.

CHECK-IN DESK –

Every camper, parent, staff member, and invited guest will be checked in and checked out of your camp premises in real-time using our secure check-in desk feature.

Communication Hub –

A hub for all camper communications, utilizing email, PUSH, SMS (Text Msgs) to communicate with campers, staff and parents for alerts, notices and emergency situations.

Attendance Log –

CampDirector tracks and monitors attendance at activities, in the facility, and during camp-related events in real-time, with multiple staff accountability for campers across the facility.

First Response –

Designed to enable administrators to address everything from minor everyday incidents to large-scale emergencies, this module provides enhanced situational awareness of camper locations, real-time chat with campers, and confirmation of camper status, allowing selective, or wide-scale alerts and communication with parents, campers, and staff.

Custom SURVEYS/Forms –

Create, edit, and manage customized intuitive forms designed for campers and parents. Generate permission forms for activities, waivers for field trips, or even create short surveys about the things that matter to campers and staff. Custom Surveys/Forms are being used by camps around the world to survey campers and staff, address COVID-19 protocols and quickly assess any symptomatic conditions before campers and staff arrive at camp.

Event Coordinator –

A powerful tool to replace your Google Forms, clipboards, or paper sign-ups for all of your camper activities and events. This module assists your team to manage trips, excursions, mall runs, meetings, special events, etc. CampDirector simplifies and streamlines the process for all involved.

REPORT CARD –

Your team can create a camper life “report card” that highlights leadership skills, participation, and areas for improvement in camper life. These reports can be sent to parents as a complement to other reports.

Duty Reporter –

Design and customize your own Duty Reports to suit your needs with an unlimited number of report sections. Reports are immediately saved and historic reports are easily accessible with full search and selective sharing functionality. Your Duty Report will then appear with a notification alert to the circulation list. Whenever a camper is tagged in a Duty Report, CampDirector pushes that data to the camper's personal records in their welfare and behaviour log.

Meals Dashboard –

Anticipate attendance at mealtime, accounting for campers off-campus so as to avoid unnecessary expense and waste. The module can also track meal preferences for special dietary concerns.
